easyEEPROM version 1 - A Char Array Handler

This library includes functions that can read, update, compare and clear char arrays inside the eeprom

these library includes some functions and examples.

Version 3

Added the ability to read, update and compare char arrays based on the given start and end index values.
Fixed Some errors!

Experimental Phase

• Can update an eeprom relative to the char array and its length
• Can store a char array to a variable
• Can clear an entire char array
• Can output a bool if the passed char array is same at eeprom (index 0 start) (will change)
• Can outptut eeprom length
  nothing mind blowing will change everything to a more structured and useful funcs
