Fix dollar sign ($) escaping in .env values to prevent shell variable interpolation issues.

Before: Passwords like abc$def were written unescaped, causing $def to be interpreted as a variable reference when sourced.

After: Values containing $ are now properly quoted and escaped:

# Input password: $Q7Kyp(vtU$eDRG#YSPizqW)BB3DePyi
# Output:
PASSWORD="\$Q7Kyp(vtU\$eDRG#YSPizqW)BB3DePyi"
