DeepPaperNote v2.2.0 makes figures and tables cleaner, sharper, and safer to use in your paper notes. 🖼️✨

✂️ Cleaner figure and table crops

• 🧼 External Figure ... and Table ... captions are no longer baked into inserted image pixels.
• 🔬 Surrounding paper prose is excluded while axes, legends, panel labels, scale bars, table headers, method labels, and other scientific content remain inside the crop.
• 📝 Captions are still retained separately for provenance and explanation in the note.

🔍 More reliable visual evidence

• 🔎 Selected figures and tables are rendered at 300 dpi for better readability in Obsidian.
• 👀 Every planned insert is checked against the complete source page before it can enter the note.
• 🛠️ Recoverable boundary problems can receive one focused crop correction followed by a fresh review.
• 🛡️ Incomplete, mismatched, stale, or otherwise unsafe images remain placeholders instead of being inserted as evidence.
• ✅ Formal Save verifies that the saved image is exactly the asset that passed review.
