Learn about vigilant mode.

In this version, an option has been added for sending at low sonde altitude using an accelerated interval. It is configurable through the application.
For SGM sondes, logging has been added with the parameters that are available.
In logging, the M10 and M20 sonde type and raw ID have been added.
The display in Last_Data has been updated with the Raw ID and Type, and this is also written to the log file.
Minnor fix bug in code.
