• basic book items system, give with /st book give
• working player list book for any player in a blood game
• townhall display name and display color settings
• custom chat system first version
  • private game chat
  • start with ! to speak in global chat within a game
  • chat now show tagme player names
• players see they are in game in tab
• townhall check if locations are set before setup
• bell and lever click are now better
  • they do not propagate redstone anymore
  • players outside of game cannot fake pull/ring anymore
  • storyteller can pull everyone lever (player or dummy)
• others misc fixes
