Project 2 Part 2: Implementing the actual evaluation function and NN-classifier

• Implemented the classifier class with Euclidean distance to get the distance between the two points in order to perform the NN-algorithm

• Classifier Class contains train and test functions

• Implemented validator class that evaluates the accuracy of the classifier of a dataset

• Included a clock that measures how long it takes to complete iterations and the complete run
