v0.4.26: improve FIT tool detection

Fixes

  • FIT tool detection improved. The probe now adds the tool's directory to PATH, tries both -h and --help, runs from the tool's directory, and includes the tool's actual output in the error message when detection fails.
  • Probe timeout increased from 20 to 30 seconds.

Verification

  • Full test suite: 653 passed. Lint clean.
  • CI: all passing (Linux + Windows build).
