In this release, we are excited to introduce enhanced customization options for the Arx SDK UI, allowing you to tailor the look and feel of your Arx Headset integrated application to match your brand's identity and user interface preferences.

Customizing UI Look and Feel

With this update, you can now use the provided XML layout files to customize various aspects of the Arx SDK UI. These layout files include:

• item_usb_devices.xml: Customize the appearance of individual USB devices in the Arx Headset UI, such as icons and labels.

• item_permission.xml: Personalize the UI elements related to permission requests, adjusting layouts, colors, and text to match your app's design.

• layout_device_connected.xml: Modify the layout for the UI when the Arx Headset is connected, including buttons and status indicators.

• layout_device_disconnected.xml: Define the UI when the Arx Headset is disconnected, customizing the appearance of disconnected device UI components.

Resolution Class for Camera Resolutions

In response to your feedback, we have introduced the Resolution class as a more intuitive way to specify camera resolutions when starting the Arx Headset service. This enhancement simplifies the process of selecting the desired resolution for your application.

Now, you can specify the resolution using the Resolution class, making it easier to work with different camera resolutions and ensuring a high-quality experience for your users.

Capturing High-Resolution Photos

To further empower your application, we have added the ability to capture high-resolution photos using the Arx Headset. You can now use the clickPhoto method with a specified resolution to capture photos in the resolution of your choice.
