🔎 Exercise catalog

• Browse a free online exercise catalog (wger) while building a plan
• Search by name and see each exercise's picture, muscles, equipment and instructions
• Add an exercise to your plan in one tap

🥗 Daily log

• Nutrition is now a daily log of calories, protein and steps
• Charts and period averages for each metric
• The daily reminder now goes off at a time you choose (9 PM by default)

⚙️ Settings

• Choose when the daily log reminder arrives

🔒 Privacy

Your data still stays on your device. The exercise catalog is the only feature that uses the internet, and it sends only your search to wger.de.

📦 Installation

Download app-release.apk below and install it over v1.0. Your data is kept. Requires Android 7.0 or newer.
