🔎 Search, your own order, and fixed targets
Find any exercise in seconds, arrange your program and stats the way you think about them, and see targets that finally add up.
📈 Progress
- Search your exercises by name and filter by target muscle (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, core). The search stays pinned while you scroll, and each exercise shows its muscle group.
🗓️ Programs
- Put training days in your own order: drag a day by its handle or touch and hold it. The order is saved and kept when you reopen the program. Move up/down are in each day's menu too.
📊 Stats
- Targets fixed: a daily target such as 100 steps now shows 100% when you walk 110, instead of 0%. Each stat's target is either an amount to reach each day (steps, water, calories, protein, sleep) or a change over time (weight, waist). Your existing Steps, Water, Calories, Protein and Sleep stats become daily targets automatically.
- Drag stats into any order: touch and hold a card, then drag. Releasing without dragging still offers Edit and Delete, now with Move up/down.
- Suggestions moved to New stat: tap New stat and start from Weight, Steps, Water and more; picking one fills in the form.
- A cleaner Stats tab with a large title that collapses as you scroll.
📸 Progress photos
- Pick a photo from your gallery for any pose, right next to the shutter. No storage permission needed; the photo is copied into the app and reviewed like a camera shot. It also works when the camera isn't available.
✨ Smoother everywhere
- Large titles that collapse into the top bar on Progress, Stats, History, Progress photos and Settings, and month headers that stay pinned in History and a stat's history.
- A smoother splash screen exit, which skips its animation when system animations are turned off.
🔒 Fully offline
The online exercise catalog (wger) has been removed. Exercises come only from your own library, and the app no longer asks for internet access at all.
Install
Download the APK below and install it over your current version. Your data, including stat targets, program days and photos, is kept and upgraded automatically. Requires Android 7.0 or newer.
