Upgrade from v0.6.0 to restore the production fleet command surface: token, logs, exec, allow, secret, file, start/stop, service runtime profiles, and noninteractive operation. This release keeps Agent Map inventory and observation commands alongside the existing fleet commands.

Compatibility preserves fractional resources, storage-overage handling, safe SSH rendering, name resolution, and explicit scoped environment credentials without saving them to disk. Full Go tests, linter, and Darwin/Linux amd64/arm64 plus Windows amd64 builds passed on the exact source before release.
