Desktop bridge request fix

Official DeepSeek Harness Desktop removes Origin while forwarding settings POST requests to the local plugin server. v0.2.9 sends a plugin request marker that survives that bridge, while explicit cross-origin origins remain rejected.

Validation: 115 JavaScript tests, 47 Python tests, package check, platform boot check, and spawn preflight pass.
