What is the equivalent of Adept's LinearMap in the C++ STL?

Adept's AsymmetricPair seems to be equivalent to std::pair in C++. What about LinearMap? I guess it's equivalent to std::unordered_map.

Yes, AsymmetricPair is pretty much the same as C++'s std::pair.

For LinearMap, there is no equivalent but the closest would be std::map since it is well ordered. Unlike std::map though, LinearMap maintains the order in which items were inserted (like an array).
