Processing Changes:

• Switch between Profile Data and Centroid Data, Profile Data will be centroided prior to ROI search.
• ROI search now uses intensity weighted average to determine ROI mass
• m/z correction with internal standard uses now Shape-preserving piecewise cubic Hermite (pchip) interpolation to generate correction values, instead of flat nearest neighbor correction. m/z correction values outside the mass range covered by internal standards are generated using nearest neighbor extrapolation.
• Internal standard normalization uses now Shape-preserving piecewise cubic Hermite (pchip) interpolation to generate correction values, instead of flat nearest neighbor correction.
• Support for measurements with polarity switching or positive and negative polarity measurements in a group.
• MS data are automatically converted from pseudo molecular ion mass to molecular mass depending on scan polarity.
• Isotopes are now filtered immediately after the files are loaded, before the ROI search.
