Release v0.3.4 / 1.28.02

Simply replace the old v28 binaries with the new ones, AJBLauncher.exe and dxgi.dll (located in AJB/Binaries/Win64/.

Two major differences between 0.3.4 and 0.2.8 is the addition of proper support for mouse input, and the Command Line Parser library.
