First release. htop for your AI coding agents: lists every live Claude Code session, shows status, model, tokens and API-equivalent cost, and puts the ones that need you or hit a usage limit on top, with a desktop notification and a terminal bell.

Linux x86-64. Download stalltop, chmod +x stalltop, move it into your PATH. It only reads the files Claude Code already writes on disk.
