Data Portfolio Deployment - v1.0.3

EUMETSAT - Data Portfolio v1.0.3

This is a fix release of the new Data Portfolio web portal.
Changes affect both back-end and front-end, so this new deployment will download both new images.

Issues fixed:

• Added support for stac catalog v2, maintaining compatibility with v1.
• Added filtered datasets count in the main view.
