Improvements

• Adds native support for importing and exporting UUID data types in Arrow and Parquet formats. Users can now directly query and transfer UUID data between ClickHouse and other data tools without requiring manual string conversions or workarounds. Automated logical inference for top-level UUIDs, and support for explicit schema hint for nested UUIDs. (#2446 by @arthurpassos)

Bug Fixes (user-visible misbehavior in an official stable release)

• Fix a possible crash when querying the view over Distributed with enable_analyzer=0 (ClickHouse#123431 by @mkmkme via #2501)
• Fix a bug where using aliases and row policies with enable_analyzer=0 could error out (ClickHouse#123436 by @mkmkme via #2502)
• Fix the KafkaConsumersWithAssignment metric drifting negative - it was decremented twice for every consumer group rebalance. (ClickHouse#113919 by @evillique via #2554)
• Fix potential crash caused by in place mutation of underlying const PREWHERE columns. This could've happened at column shrinking (IColumn::shrinkToFit) or filtering (IColumn::filter), which could've triggered concurrently from several threads. (ClickHouse#92588 by @arsenmuk via #2561)
