Amber PHP 8.4.27 (r5)

Prebuilt PHP runtime packages for AmberPM, bundled with native extensions and supporting libraries.

Revision 5 builds the Linux package on an older base, so it runs on Debian 12, Ubuntu 22.04 and other hosts with glibc 2.35 or newer. The unused ext-quiche extension is no longer included.
