I'm a Data Analyst. Currently I am working in Claro Brasil, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. And I'm responsible for analyzing data from the entire product area of the Mobile Tribe of the e-commerce division, supporting the definition and measurement of OKRs, monitoring user experience through CRO, and managing the implementation and tracking of tags. I have a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering and currently pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics at USP/Esalq, where I am learning new aspects of data analysis that I have yet to explore.

I have always leveraged data collection tools to uncover valuable insights that facilitate decision-making and enable the transformation of data into actionable strategies for his clients.
I'm proficient in various data tools, such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and Clarity. He also has programming skills in SQL. And I'm passionate about the power of data analysis in driving informed decision-making and achieving business success.
