Patch update for the Welcome window: products on sale now appear in the Get started recommendations whatever their category. A 3D pack on sale was left out because that shelf only took Tools. No change to Welcome preferences, the CLICKME hub or the window layout.
Welcome compilation passes on Unity 2022.3, 6.0 and 6.6.
