Cullio Studio 0.3 — Live editing, portraits and settings

Cullio Studio 0.3 adds continuous editing previews, portrait retouching, application settings and context-aware Escape controls in the native Windows app.

• 边调边看：滑杆拖动、曲线调整、蒙版定位和画笔涂抹时持续更新预览，松手后替换为精细画面。384 / 640 / 960 像素交互预览可在设置中选择。
• 人像面板：柔肤、纹理保留、均匀肤色、减弱泛红、肤色冷暖、面部与眼区提亮、眼区细节、眼下阴影、唇色调整，以及三个起始预设。
• 人像区域：自动人脸与五官定位、逐脸启停、手动框选、皮肤蒙版添加 / 排除画笔。手动人脸框只提供皮肤与面部区域，不会产生五官关键点。
• 对比和颜色：调整前后分界对比、按住空格查看原片，以及中性色白平衡滴管。
• Esc：取消未完成的拖动 / 笔画 / 框选，然后退出工具、对比或全屏，再返回图库。弹窗可用 Esc 取消，已完成的照片调整仍然保留。
• 设置：标题栏齿轮或 Ctrl+, 打开。保存预览质量、自动下一张、上次项目、备份间隔与分析参数；提供存储位置和快捷键列表。Ctrl+S 保存，F11 全屏。

验证

Release build: zero warnings and errors. The self-contained Windows package passed 52 image-engine checks and 30 native WPF interaction checks, including changing displayed pixels before releasing a slider or brush, detailed rendering after release, Escape rollback, settings save/cancel/reload and catalog backup. Original-image bytes are preserved. Two engine checks require the optional real Nikon NEF fixture; 50 run without it.

This remains an early Studio release. Portrait masks use face landmarks and adjustable color thresholds, and can require correction for unusual light, skin tones or makeup. Preview detail can differ from full-resolution export. Learned closed-eye/composition assessment, generative fill, arbitrary Photoshop-style compositing, complete color management and GPU acceleration are not included.

Cullio Studio 0.2 — local vision, RAW, curves and masks

Cullio Studio 0.2 expands the Windows demo into a local import-to-export photography workflow with real model inference and a high-bit-depth editor.

• Local analysis: CLIP ViT-B/32 image embeddings, YuNet face and eye landmarks, original-resolution eye-region detail, focus heatmaps, clipping overlays and technical ranking.
• RAW and image engine: LibRaw-backed camera RAW decoding, floating-point adjustments and 16-bit TIFF export. A real Nikon NEF was developed and exported at its original dimensions.
• Color: interactive master/R/G/B curves, eight independent HSL bands, split toning, white/black levels, texture, clarity, dehaze, denoise and sharpening.
• Local edits: radial/gradient layers, GrabCut foreground masks, inversion, opacity, layer ordering, local exposure/color, crop/straighten/flip and blemish repair.
• Workflow: separate projects, search and filters, bulk selection/decisions, group candidates, named edit versions, undo/redo, persistent analysis caching and grouped export.
• Native UI: categorized editing tools, RGB histogram, clearer selection and a compact layout.

Validation: 36 local image-engine checks and 14 native WPF UI checks passed; release build had zero warnings/errors. The self-contained portable executable also passed the native UI run. Source now includes Windows CI.

This is an early Studio release. Closed-eye classification, generative fill, complex compositing, camera-specific DCP profiles, display proofing and photographer-calibrated selection accuracy remain open work. Rejected photos stay recoverable; originals are retained. Sample scene groups are curated, while measurements and neural inference are real. RAW support varies by camera. The portable executable is unsigned.

The v0.1 project remains intact. Studio uses its own default project folder and can copy the old catalog on first launch. The new processing pipeline can change the appearance of earlier adjustment recipes.

Cullio v0.1.0 — Native Windows Demo

• Recoverable keep/reject decisions, comparison, covers, group merge/split and ratings.
• Color/exposure edits, crop/rotate, local dodge/burn and small-area repair; full-resolution export.
• Original photos are preserved. All image processing is local.

This is an unsigned demo prerelease. RAW development, eye-open models, robust semantic grouping, complete Photoshop layers and generative editing are not implemented. Quality signals are suggestions; they cannot prove an image is unrecoverable. Sample groups are curated and sample photographs retain their separate terms (credits bundled).

Validation: clean Release build, 17 image-operation checks, isolated native UI smoke checks and visual inspection of library/culling/editor screens. See docs/VALIDATION.md in the source repository.
