Bug Fixes and code optimization

Now the program can skip the header, and has many bug fixes and optimizations on how the files are read. This is still my first Java project that I have done for personal reasons, so therefore the source code is still not my best, I tried to fix what was there.

Main Release

After some quality-of-life changes like a file browser, bug fixing, color coding, and *nix support, this is more than likely my final release, as I have went the tuning way of solving my EGR troubles. I hope this program is useful to whoever finds it.

Release 0.1

Basic analysis on EGR timeframes:
-Calculated and colored STFT percentages
-Average MAP and STFT at bottom
-Basic menu that detects .txt files in the same folder as the executable

You must delete the header from the logfile txt to only start with the first recorded data value (always a time value).
