Changed method signatures for methods getFiles(...), getFolders(...), getFileNames(...) and getFolderNames(...), adding an optional filter and changing the $forceRefresh argument to a more obvious name $fromCache, defaulting to true.

Added tests for these changes and for the caching mechanism for files and folder in a folder.
