Support Swift Package Manager

While this library support Swift Package Manager now, if you are one of those forward-thinking people who actually uses that, consider adopt the official Material Components for iOS

Works for Swift 4.2 and iOS 12, not tested on previous iOS/Swift versions

Swift 4.2 Support

Maybe it's still too early? If there's an update after beta 4, I'll update again accordingly.

The stronger types revealed a minor bug in the repo, but made it more tedious to stay compatible with previous versions. Again, discussion thread is at nghialv#66.

Swift 4 Support

Added support for Swift 4 while preserving support for Swift 3!

Although unlikely, but in case if you find anything weird, feel free to draft a new issue or comment under nghialv#66.

Grand Swiftify

This should be backward compatible, but since I changed a lot of stuff with find/replace, there might be some minor changes I didn't notice about. Sadly, a fork don't have "Issue" tab (well, I hope that's true about this release), if you found something, please comment under the latest commit or nghialv#66.
