  • New: More › Cash and bank (and two cards on Home) shows cash in hand and the
    bank and UPI balance, starting from an opening balance entered once. Every
    entry already made updates them by its payment method: cash sales, purchases,
    payments, expenses and capital entries paid in cash change cash in hand; UPI,
    card, bank transfer and cheque change the bank balance; a credit sale changes
    neither until it is paid. Balances are recalculated from the entries each
    time, so editing or deleting an old entry corrects them (database v8).
  • Move money between cash and bank (deposits and withdrawals), count the cash
    in the drawer to record a shortage or excess, and a cash book with the
    balance after each entry; a new Cash book report (PDF/CSV). Profit is not
    affected.

  • New: More › Capital and loans records the owner's own money put into the
    business, money taken out, loans received (from family, a friend or a bank)
    and their repayments (database v7). Each lender shows what was received,
    repaid and is still to repay, with a Record repayment button that starts at
    the amount owed; a repayment larger than the balance is refused.
  • These entries are not sales or expenses: profit and loss and party balances
    do not change. They appear in the cash flow report (marked Capital), the day
    book, recent activity on Home, and a new Capital and loans report (PDF/CSV).

    the components used.
  • Release: MIT LICENSE, privacy policy, the Internet permission declared in the
    manifest (used by Google Play services for the barcode scanner module), and the
    main branch.
