Added

• Local Ollama quick setup. Copilot SDK BYOK can now configure
  http://localhost:11434/v1 as a credential-free local OpenAI-compatible
  endpoint with one action. Ollama and its models remain separately installed;
  users supply hardware and must choose a model with image input and tool
  calling.
• Bounded page reading for every model runtime. A separately opted-in
  read_web_page tool can read public HTML, text, Markdown and JSON through
  shot2code's own SSRF, redirect, MIME, byte, text and call budgets. The
  Copilot runtime's unbounded built-in web_fetch remains blocked.
• Full history across local projects. Recent projects and project History
  can open a searchable all-project browser with every version, option, model,
  prompt, assistant response, status, timing, error and retry/branch link.
• Built Storybook metadata import. Import a built folder, selected JSON
  files, ZIP or public HTTPS build as compact component-library context.
  shot2code reads only index.json and optional component/docs manifests;
  stories, bundles, CSF, addons, loaders, play functions and iframe.html are
  never loaded or executed.
• Keyless localized icon search. An opt-in provider-neutral search_icons
  tool uses Iconify's fixed public API, filters automatic results to a
  permissive SPDX allowlist, strips active SVG content and external references,
  embeds licence/source provenance, and saves local project assets.
• Chat tool inventory. The composer now shows which editing, preview, web,
  page-reading, public-domain photo, generated-image, icon, MCP and Skill
  capabilities are ready, off, unavailable or write-capable, with a direct
  path to Settings.
• Full-page input previews. Website inspection now scrolls lazy content and
  captures bounded full-page desktop, tablet and mobile evidence with actual
  dimensions and explicit blank/truncation metadata. Figma can preview rendered
  frames before any model call and reuses that evidence for generation.

Changed

• The GitHub repository tab now shows the model selector used by an optional
  first refinement, clearly distinguishes local open from model-assisted edit,
  exposes its design-system choice, and explains that the detected repository
  stack is preserved.
• The Stitch conversion path now shows a labelled model picker at the point of
  use, keeps the control visible when provider setup is incomplete, and filters
  the catalog to image-capable models for the generated screenshot.
• Review now combines source checks with bounded per-viewport runtime evidence,
  category/severity filters, filtered select-all, explicit partial/stale
  coverage, frame isolation, a health summary and schema-v2 JSON reports.
• A failed image provider now trips a per-generation circuit breaker for
  credential, billing, quota, permission, model and configuration failures,
  preventing repeated paid/provider calls and directing the model to
  public-domain photos, sanitized icons, extracted assets, CSS or SVG.

Fixed

• Preview verification returns bounded console/page diagnostics when generated
  code renders nearly blank, and React generation guidance now forbids invalid
  unquoted CSS custom-property keys and var(...) values in style objects.
• A top-level Electron renderer that stays empty after load is reloaded once;
  if it remains blank, shot2code shows a recovery screen instead of an
  unexplained white window.
• Packaged Chromium/Copilot discovery now waits five seconds after core startup,
  preventing first-run antivirus scanning from starving the health endpoint and
  making Electron report a false 90-second backend timeout.
• Full history now includes the separately persisted active draft, so a first
  local HTML/project import remains one version with its saved options before
  and after a renderer restart.
• The release workflow now verifies the tag against
  desktop/package.json rather than rewriting that file through PowerShell.

Documentation

• Added a screenshot-led guide for all seven input tabs and refreshed every
  public application capture from the packaged build, including website design
  inspection, GitHub import, Review, MCP and BYOK states.
• Aligned product-site and generated-guide screenshots to one full-width,
  centered, uncropped evidence system with browser checks for paired baselines,
  mobile reflow and 200% text.
