v0.3.1 — 预设管理与版本提示

Super Code 0.3.1 为目录式和声明式宿主提供完整的预设安装与确认重装，并显示插件和当前预设的独立版本。

• 未安装时提供安装入口；已安装时可通过确认列表按新名称和标识符重装，保留恢复备份，并核验预设归属。
• 设置页始终展开，提示版本不一致或未记录版本；默认名称与描述跟随中英文切换，保留用户修改的展示字段。
• 修复官方 Desktop 的宿主管理 API 解析，以及移除确认列表条目后 Escape 误关设置页的问题。

验证：154 项测试、类型检查、构建和打包检查通过。15 个官方 Harness Web/CLI 版本（0.1.5-alpha.1～0.2.1-alpha.2）逐版通过回归；四个可获取的官方 macOS arm64 Desktop 版本通过原生后端安装、重装与重启检查。官方 Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2、DSH NEXT 和 Safari 另完成实际安装与确认重装界面验收。

验证限制：更早版本及 alpha 版的对应官方 macOS arm64 安装包未从已检查地址获取；英文与未知版本状态有单元测试覆盖，部分原生截图因桌面控制接口超时未完成。完整范围见兼容性记录。

本 Release 附带可安装的 npm tarball 与 SHA-256 校验文件。npm 发布由维护者另行执行。

Super Code 0.3.1 adds installation and confirmed reinstallation on directory and declarative hosts, with independent plugin/preset versions and always-expanded settings. Localized defaults follow Chinese/English changes while custom display fields remain intact. Reinstallation verifies ownership and keeps recovery backups. Native Desktop API resolution and Escape handling after removing a confirmation row are fixed.

Validation passed: 154 tests, type checking, build, package checks, 15 official Web/CLI host versions, and native-backend installation/reinstallation/restart checks on four available macOS arm64 Desktop releases.
