Provider tab cost consistency: Claude tab now shows the same dollar amount whether viewed from the "All" tab or the "Claude" tab. Previously, dual computation paths (cache-based aggregation vs. fresh session re-parse) produced different totals.
Tab labels persist across provider switch: Switching to the Claude tab no longer hides the Codex dollar amount on the Codex tab label. Inactive tab labels now always read from the all-provider payload.
