The Outcomes Report 1 has requirements for the due date that vary based on the duration of the project.
Projects <= 3 years duration have the outcomes report 1 due at the 2nd anniversary of the start date.
Projects > 3 years have the outcomes report due June 30 such that the report duration is > 2 years but < 3 years.
