When an Output Report referencing a data set summary is:

  1. Saved - any referenced data set summaries should be associated to the report to prevent them being used in a future report. Any previously referenced data set summaries that are no longer referenced in the report should have that association removed.
  2. Submitted/Approved/Returned - the publicationStatus flag on the data set summary should be updated to match that of the report. A column should be added to the data set tab to indicate this status and submitted/approved data set summaries should no longer be editable.
