Answers to questions that hide/show in response to Yes/No should not appear in the download.

In the Priority Places and First Nations involvement questions of the new MERI plan, sections are hidden based on the Yes/No answer to the first question.
Data that is hidden at the time of saving should be cleared and not saved to prevent it appearing in the download if the user puts data in that field then changes their original answer. e.g. enters some priority places but then selects "No" to the does this project directly support a priority place.
