Migration

• Deployments that keep a copy of docker-compose.yml need to re-sync it to get the new nginx limits

Fixed

• A document holding an assistant result that describes the document itself renders again
• RDF/XML holding an XML literal that contains RDF/XML is read correctly, so the proxy no longer answers 502 for it (works around apache/jena#4334)
• The query block's Open button opens the results as a document
• The 3D graph's node expansion and backlinks survive a 429
• ldh --proxy keeps the logical host for a proxy URI without a port
