• Switch models instantly. Picking a model in the composer chip or in Settings › Models takes effect right away, without restarting the agent.
• Straight to a chat on first run. With no other model around, a small starter model downloads in the background while you can already type.
• Folders for chats. Create folders in the sidebar and drag chats into them. Imports keep the folders they came with.
• A working folder per chat, changed without restarting the agent or stopping a background task.
• Doctor in Settings › Diagnostics checks the engine, port, model, memory and keys, and fixes what it can.
• Data: backup, restore, move to another disk, and reset that keeps your models.
• Connect to another computer (Agent menu) by address and key, and use its models.
• Read aloud button on replies (macOS). Keep running after the window closes from the Agent menu.
• Linux: rpm next to the AppImage and deb, and apt, dnf and AUR packages.

Faster and calmer

• Chats redraw without flicker and messages are cached. Code in replies is highlighted with a Copy button. Calmer animations.

Fixes

• Set up a model opens Settings › Models › Local models.
• The engine installs even when Atomic Core already runs under another owner, and a failed install shows the real reason.
• Use in Settings › Models is fast. The Add a provider list opens under its button.
• The Connect window scrolls.
• Hardware acceleration turns off after repeated GPU crashes on Windows.
