Lite-Mapper - v1.0.0

First official release yay!
This update patches (hopefully) all of the internal issues that were present in previous versions such as circular dependencies and value fallbacks.

Here is a list of the main changes:

• Updated the caching system, the syntax is still the same.
• Added more thorough JSDocs to reinforce self-documenting code.
• Renamed LiteMapper.ts to mod.ts and fixed circular deps.
• Added GeoTrackStack optimizer. For optimizing geo object use.
• Fixed some missing types.
• Added "In" as an alias for "Transition" light events.
• Added support for CM map bookmarks.
• Added fallback values for missing data.
• Added wrapper for fog animation.
• Added several recursive helper functions.
• Reworked the ArrayProcess class into ArrOp, with easier syntax and better performance.

Plus other things that I forgot about or just some minor stuff.
