Removed

• The Ledger, withdrawn (ADR-27 and ADR-28 retired). Ledger_Node, its mount, its Table_Client asks, the tables list/flush rows for Ledgers, Consumer_Node's settle() hook and Tick_Housekeeper are removed, and the substrate is 2.79.2's with the changes below kept. A whole-window ranking over write-once rows regrouped every row in the window: on staging a day's URL page took 75 s. The stats return to Tables in newspack-event-logger-nodes 0.113.0. {base}/ledgers/ is left on disk for the operator to delete.

Kept from 2.80.0–2.82.0

• The Inspector's per-verb Table stats, in a counts grid and a times grid.
• A SQLite Table's in-place UPSERT, its statement cache, Table_Node::tick(), and RM and TOUCH run as one batch.
• AreaTimeChart draws an unmeasured (null) point as a gap, and a lone measured point between gaps as a dot.
• .superpowers/ stays out of the release archive.
