新增：智谱 MCP 工具作为「附加能力」

登录时已经存下的套餐凭据现在还能驱动三种能力，没有任何一个会替换内置工具：

• zhipu_web_search —— 1–4 条聚焦查询并发执行、按 URL 去重后轮转合并（上限 40）。上游后端每查询硬上限 10 条且不接受条数参数。
• zhipu_web_fetch —— 经智谱 web reader 读取单页：markdown、丢弃图片、正文 20 万字符截断并标注、外部内容包裹不可信边界、60 秒预算、web/fetch 卡片。
• github_search_doc / github_get_repo_structure / github_read_file —— 智谱 zread 仓库文档服务。

四个开关是 zhipu-plan 行上的 volatile Config 字段：切换即挂载/卸载对应工具与 prompt 章节（tool:zhipu_web_search、tool:zhipu_web_fetch、tool:github_*），无需重启；minimal 预设的 agent 会被屏蔽掉当时已挂载的附加工具，其他 agent 的工具视图不受影响；zhPrompt 选择中文或英文工具描述。

内置 web 行不会被改写：web_search / web_fetch 始终指向出厂后端。两个智谱 provider 仍注册在 web 服务上，手工把行指过去依然可用；本插件只会清理自己旧构建写下的残留（走 configEditor 运行时写入，不改 bundle patch），因此 cordis.patch.yml 保持 insert-only，卸载后不留指针。

重绘：两个视图 + 液态磨砂玻璃

设置 → 智谱套餐 拆成「联网能力」与「套餐账户」两个视图，由玻璃 tab 条承载：视图首次选中后保持挂载，在途读取与滚动位置都留在原处；选中滑块从当前位置位移而不是交叉淡入，按下即在 pointer-down 回应，reduced-motion / reduced-transparency / more-contrast 各有对应答案。

用量区改成一块完整玻璃面：玻璃轨道 + 单一滑块的区间控制、细分隔线分块、模型表下的合计行、活跃度改为自适应数字栅格（原来贴在裸背景上的表格不再存在）。页面自带顶部内边距，环境光场与 tab 条上圆角不再被设置面板的滚动列裁切。

dsh-zhipu-plan.tgz 使用不带版本号的固定名，因此上面的地址始终指向最新版本。

校验

build、verify（12 个 Remote 方法、loader 接受 Typert manifest、中英 98 键对齐、logic-freeze）、integration-smoke（真实 Cordis Context，33 项断言）、render-smoke（JSDOM 内驱动两个视图与开关写入）、三个离线 .mts 冒烟，以及一次 18/18 的真实宿主 e2e（记录在 openspec/changes/add-zhipu-mcp-tools/）。

Zhipu MCP tools as additional capabilities, plus a two-view glass Settings page: zhipu_web_search, zhipu_web_fetch, and the three zread GitHub tools are mounted and unmounted by four switches without a restart, and none of them replaces a built-in tool — the web row is never rewritten. The Settings page splits into 联网能力 and 套餐账户 behind a travelling glass pill, and the usage area becomes a single glass surface with a glass range control and an adaptive figure grid.

  flight, a staggered entrance, and reduced-motion and contrast handling.
• A year-long usage range is read in the windows the monitor accepts and merged.
