Leafdown v0.1.0-alpha.5
Pre-release
Pre-release
Leafdown's fifth alpha keeps named folders with their own tabs and unsaved drafts, adds illustrated offline Help and searchable keyboard shortcuts, and brings compact editor and table context controls. This remains a Windows prerelease.
Highlights
- Keep named folders with their own tabs and unsaved drafts. Switch from the navigator, welcome screen, File menu, or command palette; closing a named folder's window parks its drafts without writing your files.
- Follow illustrated Help guides with task-by-task instructions, numbered window drawings, and Markdown examples showing source beside its rendered result. The guides work offline and follow your appearance settings.
- Search Help > Keyboard shortcuts by command, menu, or key name, or choose Record keys and press a combination to find what it does.
- Use compact editor context controls and a table command bar with row and column selectors, actions for the selected scope, and a separate Delete table button.
- Choose a callout's type and authored dialect from Insert menus, and preserve the list markers you type and the horizontal-rule style your document already uses.
- Choose colored file icons in Preferences > Appearance and read larger navigator text, tabs, and status text.
