There is some issue around glob (https://medium.com/@balazs.csaba.diy/whats-this-glob-npm-madness-suddenly-every-node-js-image-is-vulnerable-but-why-1ba1b0cbad97), so we need to disconnect from this waves. |

It is a light package, must not be dependent on heavy packages, like glob. And need to replcae outdated (not maintained) ts-command-line-args.
