Role updates

In a deployment process there are several roles

1. The roles defined in the CloudFormation template.yml file that define the rights of the service modules that you are deploying. E.g. Whether a Lambda function should be able to read/write to DynamoDB. These roles are updated every time there is a new change released in the service. In other words every time the pipeline deploying the branch is executed.
