🎈 Release of bim2sim v0.3.0 🎈

This release includes the introduction of the new PluginOpenFOAM for the IFC-based setup of CFD simulations using the open-source CFD-Kernel OpenFOAM! This release further includes minor updates in the bim2sim kernel and the individual plugins, and also provides a new structure for setting up docker files.
