A patch release focused on Windows reliability and reproducible evidence.

Fixed

• run_command now preserves quoted cmd.exe commands, including executable paths with spaces and quoted arguments.

Prove the lossless contract

• New dependency-free bench/proof.py drives the real CLI through six scenarios: large UTF-8 input, complete combined stdout/stderr, exact edits, full-history resume, provider truncation, step limits, and invalid UTF-8.
• CI runs this proof on Linux, macOS, and Windows.
• All six published assets were downloaded back and passed sha256sum -c.
• The published Windows amd64 executable also passed the complete proof suite.
• A live Ollama qwen3:8b smoke test completed read → edit → check → resume.

Measured, not marketed

See BENCHMARKS.md for exact commands, raw JSON, artifact hashes, and limitations. On the documented Windows setup, median --version process time was 9.461 ms for UNCUT versus 243.339 ms for Pi 1.4.0, with warm OS caches. This is a CLI launch comparison, not a model or coding-quality benchmark.

The implementation remains 837 lines of Go, four tools, no third-party Go dependencies, and one static binary per platform.
