Power BI Universal Report Downloader

Download any Power BI report — even ones you can't download from the service.

This tool uses the Fabric "Get Item Definition" API to download reports from any workspace and save them in PBIR / Project structure format.

Highlights

• Works on any report — supports both legacy and PBIR formatted reports

How to Use

1. Double-click Universal Power BI Downloader.bat
2. Select your Power BI environment
3. Sign in with your Power BI account
4. Pick a workspace, select reports, and download

Reports are saved to C:\Power BI Backups.
