• On Django 4.2 to 6.1, add_query_method() (and so patch()) now treats QUERY as a safe method in Django's
  CsrfViewMiddleware, matching Django 6.2. QUERY requests no longer need a CSRF token on any supported version,
  including session-authenticated requests through DRF's SessionAuthentication.

• README and usage docs explain CSRF for QUERY, and the README no longer says the package is unreleased.
