LTM 1.12.12 · Visible visit dots on digital maps
Close visits in the digital district map are drawn as separate red dots. The preview fits the full district after an active map zoom, and the approved PNG carries the same markers to Google Drive.
To refresh an already shared image, select Update Google Drive upload, review the new image and approve it. The existing file and QR link are reused.
LTM 1.12.11 · IB, map and connection-backup preparation
Map markers preserve each saved visit location, including the focused map. Long do-not-call backs continue onto labelled extra print pages, and the new combined overview can be sorted by date or address while retaining month/year and year-only date wording.
Manual do-not-call lines can now offer a local address suggestion from the same card. The user reviews and confirms the address; no record is linked automatically, and the original record ID/date stay intact.
Connection credentials remain outside ordinary data/account backups. A connections administrator can create a browser-encrypted backup for Google Drive, Datafordeler and an optional Adressevælger token, then restore it explicitly and check each connection again.
This candidate also prepares independent Home Assistant, macOS app/server and Windows app/server release tracks from the same source/version. The first desktop artifacts are labelled Python ZIPs, not native DMG or EXE installers.
LTM 1.12.10 · Correct completion history and report periods
Remove an incorrectly registered completion after reviewing the exact card, date and related assignment. Removing it preserves an active assignment and recalculates the card's latest completion without allowing the deleted date to return through later history.
Reports now show one selected period at a time. Choose a calendar year, service year or the last 12 months to see the matching totals, chart and map. Calendar-year selection is shown only when it applies.
Update normally in Home Assistant, preserving the installation and data. Keep private data/account backups. Do not uninstall or remove data.
LTM 1.12.9 · Card assignment and original English forms
Assign cards directly from the storage box or move selected cards between the box and folder beside the territory list. The app explains where both are kept.
Use the supplied original English territory map card and territory assignment record, alongside the existing Danish forms. In card print options, choose the form language; the choice is saved per side when requested. Existing profiles retain their data, and a missing language setting follows the interface language. English card fronts and do-not-call backs use English generated headings; stored names and date wording are preserved.
S-13 browser and PDF output use a separately mapped English original when the interface is English. The Danish PDF output remains compatible. Original English PDFs are also available to download from the print options and the public website. Both supplied source PDFs remain byte-identical to the owner-provided files.
The numeric intervals and bounded card-front layout from 1.12.8 remain. Update normally in Home Assistant, preserving the installation and data. Keep private data/account backups. Do not uninstall or remove data.
LTM 1.12.8 · Clear numeric street summaries
Physical card fronts now show numeric street envelopes, with separate even and odd sides. Internal A/B/C/D variants do not fragment the interval. A missing numeric base creates a break: for example 2–46 & 50–52 when 48 is not selected. Missing 22 also splits the lower run into 2–20 & 24–46. Keep the final suffix at a boundary such as 3–9B; 8A, 8C and 10 display as 8–10.
These labels summarize a card. They never expand its actual membership or visit count. Exact address units, IB, manual lines and original forms are preserved. The bounded front layout from 1.12.7 remains.
Update normally to 1.12.8 in Home Assistant, preserving the existing installation and data. Download private LTM and account backups first. Do not uninstall or delete data.
LTM 1.12.7 · Compact street intervals and bounded card fronts
Fixes the 1.12.6 front-layout regression. Exact houses appear as compact intervals, separated by & at gaps: for example 20–24 & 28–30 (lige). Each road has separate even and odd lines; address types are combined on the physical front while exact units and visit counts remain intact. Consecutive lettered houses are compacted without hiding gaps.
Dense lists fit within the original form body. They cannot paint over its footer. A list that cannot fit is explicitly flagged and cannot be printed through the normal print control. The original forms are unchanged.
Home Assistant users, including anyone who installed an earlier 1.12.6 build, can install 1.12.7 as a normal update. Download a private LTM data backup and, where profiles are enabled, an account backup first. Preserve the existing installation and its data directory. Do not uninstall or delete data.
LTM 1.12.6 · Manual Excel fronts and backs, clearer street ranges
This release addresses the priority −1 Drive request.
- Import a card front and a do-not-call back from your own Excel/CSV files without using DAR. Choose columns, use the same card number and review each preview before confirming. Manual IB linking is now the default in the import screen. Both ordinary printed sides work with manual street lines.
- Leave a manual IB entry unlinked, or explicitly link it to an address belonging to that card later. Its record ID and date wording are retained. Changing the linking policy invalidates an existing preview.
- DAR suggestions understand
hele vejen/whole street, including all apartment units.(kun ulige)and(kun lige)retain their odd/even restriction. Street-side combinations such as23-25 & 24-26and23-29 & 24-26are interpreted separately, without filling excluded even numbers.
An ordinary unqualified single number range retains its existing meaning. Unknown restrictions are rejected rather than ignored. Review the proposed address list and boundary before saving; the planner never changes a card simply by downloading or previewing.
The familiar Home, roles, assignments, history, original S-12/S-13 forms and separate stable/beta data remain. Update the stable program while preserving its data directory and private backups.
Geographic street labels now separate even and odd houses and preserve gaps and lettered numbers. Long lists split into bounded rows without dropping visits. Existing geographic cards are repaired from their saved exact address membership at startup and flagged for front print review; manual lines and original forms remain unchanged.
LTM 1.12.5 · Honest IB dates and reviewed street-line suggestions
Do-not-call entries now support a known month and year, a year alone, or literal date wording in both import and manual entry. For example, keep March 2024 or 2024 without inventing the missing month or day. The wording appears on the card back and in private readable exports and backups. Exact dates retain their existing validation. Review import warnings before confirming.
Use Suggest DAR addresses from street lines in the card editor to turn existing street names and number ranges into a reviewed proposal. Confirm each postcode, download the complete roads and inspect every address unit, visit total and suggested boundary. The card changes only after the normal save confirmation. Unclear ranges, incomplete downloads, competing ownership and stale approval data are rejected. The changed front needs print review; actual assignments, completion history and IB remain on the card.
This is a manual workflow for the existing Danish address sources. International address providers and English original forms are separate planned work. The familiar Home, profiles, mapped column imports, personal guided introduction and 1.12.4 task/interim-transfer workflows are retained.
Update the stable installation while preserving its data directory and keeping private territory/account backups. Stable and beta installations remain separate.
LTM 1.12.4 · Task responsibility and safe manual redistribution
This release completes optional task responsibility and the manual split/transfer workflow, while retaining the familiar home dashboard from 1.12.3.
- Assign a responsible local account to a task or linked follow-up. Readers recognize their own tasks without receiving the account directory. Assignment grants no permissions and sends no notification.
- Review split suggestions using a visit target and a box-only filter. Unknown totals, ambiguous membership and issued cards are excluded from actionable suggestions.
- Move selected address units to an existing card after a server preview and typed approval. Coupled do-not-call records move atomically; original notes, loans and completion events stay with their original cards.
- Choose the latest known date as a scheduling reference, or issue an interim card first. Return the interim card, explicitly finalize its transfer and reprint the receiving card with its own number. Interim history is retained on the archived card.
- English and Danish interface labels, task instructions, maintenance controls and readable conflict fields are covered by the interface catalog check. Original S-12/S-13 forms, stored user content and source diagnostics retain their language.
The scheduling reference affects card-age planning only. It never creates a completion event or rewrites S-13 history. Planning alternatives are independent; review geographic continuity and both print sides before use. Automatic territory division remains paused.
Update the existing stable installation while preserving its data directory. Keep a private data backup and, when profiles are enabled, a separate account backup. The beta installation uses separate data and remains separate from stable.
LTM 1.12.3 · The familiar home dashboard is back
This patch corrects a regression in 1.12.2: profile users were shown a report-style summary instead of their familiar home dashboard.
- Users with the existing detailed overview permissions again see the original home dashboard: card-location and service-year coverage rings, shortcuts, metrics, monthly comparison and follow-ups.
- Summary-only accounts get the familiar home presentation using permitted aggregate totals. Private cards, names, notes and histories remain protected.
- The three-period report stays on the Reports page. Existing roles, guides, imports and saved language choices are preserved.
Update the existing installation while preserving its data directory. Keep a private data backup and, when profiles are enabled, a separate account backup. Original printed forms are unchanged.
