BontaFlowStack 1.2.0 — six agent platforms

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 13 Oct 23:39

BontaFlowStack 1.2.0

34 connected skills for Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, Cursor IDE and OpenCode CLI on Windows x64.

npx bontaflowstack@1.2.0 setup

One setup detects installed platforms and prepares their adapters, shared project memory, browser/render engine and Impeccable. Use --host codex, --host claude, --host gemini, --host copilot, --host cursor or --host opencode to select one platform. Reload the Cursor window after setup.

The npm registry integrity matches the tagged release artifact. Actual registry npx setup passed in an isolated Codex configuration; all six installed adapter inventories contain version 1.2.0 and 34 skills each.

BontaFlowStack 1.0.0 — From idea to delivery in Codex

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 11 Oct 17:33

From the first idea to the work you can ship

BontaFlowStack brings 34 connected skills to Codex Desktop: shape a product,
choose a design direction, implement an accepted plan, check web journeys in a
real browser, and resume with your project's decisions and checkpoints.

What's in 1.0.0

  • The validated 0.7.5 implementation, published as 1.0.0.
  • Native bfs-browser connection with host workspace binding and Full Access support.
  • Visible browser handoff, human input, agent resumption and cleanup.
  • Bundled engine 0.3.3 source; dependencies and Chromium install during setup.
  • A refreshed README with product journeys, examples and the full skill catalog.
  • English and Hungarian installation, upgrade, rollback and troubleshooting guides.
  • A release gate that retains original Desktop evidence and permits this promotion
    only when the two version labels are the only changed plugin bytes.

Documentation updates — 2026-10-11

The 1.0.0 download includes the English README with a Magyar link and one
Hungarian page combining the product overview, all 34 skills and the installation guide.
Current local-data guidance and release examples now consistently identify plugin
1.0.0. Engine 0.3.3 and the original 0.7.5 native evidence keep their
actual version numbers.

Across the documentation updates, only README.md, TELEPITES.md,
docs/bontaflowstack/LOCAL-DATA.md and their PACKAGE.json inventory hashes changed
from the original ZIP. All 109 plugin files, the engine, root setup and marketplace
remain byte-identical to the original 1.0.0 package. Existing installations do not
need a runtime update. The source-maintainer release guide is also updated on main.

Use the ZIP and checksum below as a matching pair. Historical assets are preserved:

  • BontaFlowStack-1.0.0-original-assets.zip contains the six original public assets,
    including the ZIP with SHA256 3e25b7dc6b5c0e9816b0494dac2acc06a24fd97f0842d31c610e5cc484d409f6.
  • BontaFlowStack-1.0.0-before-version-labels-assets.zip contains all eight assets
    from the first documentation refresh, including the ZIP with SHA256
    fe75ae488ad33f84ed8242979f87f1c0e5aa3f54057a7802cea1e2ed1423de4b.

Those archives are for historical verification; use BontaFlowStack-1.0.0.zip to install.
DOCUMENTATION-UPDATE.json records the first refresh; VERSION-LABELS-UPDATE.json
records this update, its exact delta and retained evidence. The existing release
gate passed with the original evidence; closed product tests and the human Desktop
journey were not repeated. The v1.0.0 release tag remains at its original commit.

Evidence and scope

The original practical run used 0.7.5 in actual Codex Desktop
26.1007.2314.0, CLI 0.162.0-alpha.17.2, on Windows x64 with Full Access /
approval never
. It covered 12 native calls, workspace binding, visible Chromium,
a real human Choose → Ready interaction, agent resume/readback, captures and stop.
Chromium's sandbox remained enabled.

For 1.0.0, all 107 remaining plugin files, engine, root setup and marketplace are
byte-identical; only the manifest/catalog version labels changed. The original
evidence retains its original version. Closed product tests and the human Desktop
journey were not repeated. New checks cover the bounded promotion path, packaging,
documentation and publication integrity.

A new native 1.0.0 run, another machine, graphical plugin installation and other
Desktop versions were not practically tested. See the
release evidence
and versioned gate record.

Upgrading from an earlier version? Keep your previous package directory and local
data; follow the guide's Update section and fully restart Desktop.

BontaFlowStack 0.7.2

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 11 Oct 01:57

Verification limits block only work that concretely depends on the missing evidence. Unrelated limits remain historical notes, completed work stays closed, and a recorded limit alone does not start another test campaign. Untested behavior remains untested.

Wayfinder now explicitly reports closure when the requested goal is complete.

This instruction-only patch keeps engine 0.3.2. No new functional/native test campaign or full CI run was performed. Release checks cover instruction review and package/version integrity; these do not certify runtime behavior.

The source ZIP and its SHA-256 checksum are attached.

BontaFlowStack 0.7.1

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 10 Oct 23:44

Pins engine 0.3.2, which preserves session cookies (including HttpOnly cookies) during browser handoff. Engine source ZIP SHA-256: 4e72272c86a356a4134d73377fe493474e91eaa7b648fb17899c8a09ad7759f6.

Validation scope: package inventory, file hashes, version/pin consistency and the targeted installed B01 handoff check. No full CI or full test campaign is run for this release. Prior guard and delivery-recovery results remain unchanged.

Windows W01 remains blocked even after Codex restart: the sandbox helper cannot start the shell because runtime read/execute ACL validation hits a sharing violation. No sandbox commit is claimed.

Installed validation completed: B01 PASS on plugin 0.7.1 + released engine 0.3.2. Confirmed HTTP headers, normal and HttpOnly session cookies before any server reissue, localStorage, per-tab sessionStorage, two tabs and active selection. The initial handoff reloaded pages; a second visible handoff and resume did not. All 105 installed plugin files match the release source. Full CI/test campaign was not run.

BontaFlowStack 0.7.0

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 01 Oct 13:23

BontaFlowStack 0.7.0

This release includes the accepted prototype excursion, task-graph/worktree integration, standalone workflow additions, and remaining native acceptance evidence.

Verification

  • 64/64 automated checks passed in the single clean release build.
  • The 166-file release ZIP passed checksum, inventory, version, and extracted-entrypoint smoke checks.
  • See the roadmap delivery report for the execution record and evidence boundaries.

Native evidence limits

Native proof covers only the tool surfaces available in the recorded sessions. The initial E-W and E-L2 sessions timed out; later continuations on the same threads used a different model. For E-L2, the original successful memory readback remains the evidence because the fresh continuation query was blocked.

BontaFlowStack 0.6.1

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 01 Oct 12:04

BontaFlowStack 0.6.1 adds portable context handoff, workflow-linked delivery evidence, optional retro reporting, and checkpoint branching improvements.

Validation: 52 automated checks passed. The release archive passed inventory, checksum, version, and extracted-entrypoint smoke checks. See the included context-closure report for native-session coverage and limits.

BontaFlowStack 0.6.0

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 30 Sep 19:57
8eec828

Version 0.6.0 adds versioned facts/plans, bounded essential context and complete pause/resume snapshots. Existing BFS skills now guide material decisions, domain clarification, test boundaries and dependency-aware tasks; bfs-implement owns TDD and review separates Standards from Spec.

Validation: 43 automated source checks, Windows clean-package build/extracted smoke checks, and 32 prior native methodology sessions. The source report preserves initial findings, targeted repairs and reuse limits: docs/bontaflowstack/CORE-SKILL-METHODOLOGY-REPORT.md.

Install the v0.6.0 marketplace and plugin using the updated Windows installation guide. Start a new chat to load updated skills and hooks; review hook definitions through Codex's native trust interface if prompted. The source ZIP and SHA-256 asset are bound to the release commit in PACKAGE.json.

Engine 0.3.1 is unchanged. Source/package checks do not certify every browser journey or production provider deployment. Existing local state is not automatically migrated or pruned. A rollback must preserve the current state and reselect a prior plugin release; newly recorded facts/plans and paused snapshots require the new context procedures.

Portable handoff, unified delivery proof and retro are the next planned increment.

BontaFlowStack 0.5.1

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 30 Sep 08:58

BontaFlowStack 0.5.1

Fixes destructive Git detection and typed legacy memory imports, and pins engines 0.3.1 with checked design selection and HTTP header handoff.

Validation: 39 core tests, 5 engine tests in a clean source installation, 17 extracted-package browser/render/design integration operations, source archive inventory/checksums, and a fresh isolated engine installation. npm audit reported 0 known dependency vulnerabilities.

Headless-to-visible handoff reloads pages and retains cookies, storage, URLs and the selected tab. Unsaved forms and in-memory application state require connect before interaction. Historical conflicting memory is preserved for explicit review.

After updating, start a new Codex chat. Review changed hook trust prompts through /hooks when Codex requests them. Local preparation does not certify patched native hook enforcement in the installed plugin.

BontaFlowStack 0.5.0

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 30 Sep 05:56
  • Added the question-presentation preference: prefer-panel (with chat fallback) or chat, using existing user/project/task preference storage.
  • Conversational setup offers the choice after technical checks when no effective choice exists; unanswered questions do not block setup or save a default.
  • All skills load effective preferences once per chat; bfs-plan-tune can change/reset the presentation and refresh it for subsequent questions.
  • Shortened all 29 skills and synchronized descriptions with the catalog. Shared instructions define accepted basis, checkpoint, evidence and waiting; optional capability, guard and delivery details load through conditional references.
  • Reduced combined instruction text from 11127 to 9921 words (10.8%), counting the relocated reference text. This measures text size, not runtime cost or latency.
  • Clarified mode-specific memory and deployment steps, removed duplicate output requirements, and checked local reference links and section anchors.
  • Fixed setup to read the guard reference before any technical checks, including core-only setup. Missing capabilities no longer suppress questions about required task inputs.
  • Validation: 35 automated checks, 19 matched native A/B cases, two desktop setup chats with human panel/chat answers, and five focused sessions for the follow-up fixes. See native results and limits.
  • Native guard enforcement, actual provider deployment and the remaining manual cases are not certified by those runs. After updating, start a new chat and review changed hook definitions through Codex's native trust interface when requested.

Release checks: 35/35 passed; source ZIP inventory, SHA-256, versions and freshly extracted entrypoints passed. Built from clean commit f75bbd5dd074d114ca67ddafcc82bd144807bc1e.

BontaFlowStack 0.4.1

Choose a tag to compare

@BillBalint-SM BillBalint-SM released this 30 Sep 00:22

Changelog

0.4.1 — 2026-09-30

  • Fixed the successful ZIP smoke check's process exit code. The expected missing-browser check no longer leaves exit code 1 for the Windows CI shell wrapper.
  • Supersedes 0.4.0 without changing its published tag or assets.

0.4.0 — 2026-09-30

Added

  • Independent QA action (inspect or fix) and coverage (quick, full, regression or diff), including compatible reading of older settings.
  • A manual agent acceptance guide and repeatable project fixtures.
  • Clean-checkout release builds, ZIP integrity and extracted-entrypoint checks, and Windows CI coverage for the release package.
  • A local-data guide covering inspection, exports, backups and targeted removal.

Fixed

  • Workflow continuation now accepts the latest file output certified by a later completed step while retaining earlier evidence.
  • Concurrent hooks recheck observation freshness under the lock; identical state writes are skipped.
  • Read-only Git status checks avoid unnecessary command-warning overhead.

Changed

  • Direct, scoped implementation requests count as acceptance; material changes still require a user decision.
  • Repeated skill reads can reuse HOST rules already loaded in the same chat using their SHA-256 hash.
  • Catalog checks validate skill descriptions, aliases, routes and QA settings without separately maintained counts.

Validation and limits

  • The implementation passed 33 automated checks, ten manual agent scenarios, repeated setup checks in three projects, and all five workflow routes. The manual publication scenario used a local command substitute.
  • Optional browser-engine session and navigation timeouts remain a known limitation. Some browser acceptance checks used Chrome or the Codex in-app browser; this does not certify every optional-engine integration.
  • After updating the plugin, start a new chat to load the new instructions. If Codex requests hook trust, review it through /hooks; installation does not grant that trust.
