• Fix view offset calculation.
• Add DxLibSpineViewerC-4.1, a C version of DxLibSpineViewer-4.1.
  • This version avoids using Spine's built-in scaling which C++ version relies on.
  • The background is that built-in method cannot withstand scaling down at some point, and ends in distortion. The C version realises scaling by multipling factor to vertices, and does not cause distortion where C++ version does.
