Upgrade notes

• WhatsApp users: this release moves to Baileys 7.0.0-rc14, which changes how WhatsApp session keys are stored. Before updating, back up ~/.bitterbot/credentials. If WhatsApp logs you out after the update, re-link it by scanning the QR code again.
• npm users: npm install -g bitterbot now installs a small launcher with no dependencies. The first time you run bitterbot, it downloads and verifies the signed release. If you installed with sudo before, see docs/start/npm.md to move to a user-owned install.
