Version 1.0.9 - Drop support for Blender 4.1 and older

This release drops support for all Blender versions <= 4.1
If you are using Blender 4.1 or older, please use IO Voodoo Tracks Version 1.0.8 or older. IO Voodoo Tracks has worked well in these Blender versions so far.
