• Hot reload: ModHost::reload reloads one mod or every changed package without restarting. A new version that fails to start leaves the old one running. Server: /mods reload [id] and BLOCKHEADS_MODS_WATCH=1; PC: F5. See docs/hot-reload.md.
• Timings: per-mod time accounting per handler kind (/mods timings on the server, T in the PC F9 panel).
• Android: the Mods screen explains an empty list and shows mod names in the player's language; the Mods title mark is gone (the menus have Mods buttons).
• No WIT change: blockheads:api stays 0.3.2.
